A competition is announced for the selection of a subject of evaluation activity, which will be involved in conducting an independent evaluation

Object name:  public building at the address: Chernihiv region, Koryukivskyi district, Koryukivka city, str. Vokzalna, building No. 29.

The purpose of the evaluation: for accounting purposes

Applicants need to submit documentation in a sealed envelope with a description of the supporting documents: 

• application for participation in the competition according to the established form;
• a copy of the applicant's founding document;
• copies of qualification documents of appraisers who will be involved in the appraisal and signing of the property appraisal report;
• a copy of the certificate of the subject of evaluation activity, issued to the applicant by the State Property Fund of Ukraine;
• information about the applicant (a document that contains information about the applicant regarding his work experience, qualifications and personal experience of appraisers who work in his staff and are additionally engaged by him, from the independent assessment of property, including similar property, etc.);
• an offer regarding the price of the work, the calculation of the costs associated with the work, as well as the term of the work, if it is not specified in the tender information.

The tender offer of the applicant is submitted four working days before the announced date of the tender in a sealed envelope and must contain a proposal for the cost of the work, the calculation of the costs associated with the work, as well as the term of the work.

The term of performance of works is up to 7 calendar days from the date of signing the contract (after receiving the necessary documentation).
