The Koryukivka community is developing a heat supply system together with the DOBRE Program

In 2024 Koryukivka city council in cooperation with DOBRE Program will work on the development of centralized heat supply in the city of Koryukivka.

In order to make a decision on the development of which municipal service it is better to work with a donor, the Koryukiv City Council conducted a comprehensive assessment of all its municipal services, taking into account the public opinion of community residents on the quality, availability and priority of these services.
Taking into account the results of this assessment and the donor's ability to provide technical and financial assistance, the city council decided to direct assistance from the DOBRE Program to the development of centralized heating in the city of Koryukivka.

Within the framework of cooperation Program DOBRE will help the following:
  • will provide consulting assistance in planning the development of the city's heat supply system with the involvement of heat supply experts;
  • will allocate $70,000 for the purchase of the necessary equipment for the heat supply system.
The working group on the development of the city's centralized heat supply, together with experts on heat supply of the DOBRE Program, will carry out a comprehensive assessment of the city's heat supply network and develop a plan for the development of this municipal service.
