From August 1, updated driver's licenses and registration documents will be issued in Ukraine.
Center for the provision of administrative services of the Koryukivka City Council is ready to provide an updated service for issuing driver's licenses and registration documents.
From August 1, 2024, a new system of issuing driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates with enhanced protection against forgeries will enter into force in Ukraine.
The innovation involves the introduction of special protective elements in document forms, as well as the placement of a QR code for online verification of authenticity. The new system of issuing documents is designed to increase the level of safety on the roads and make it more difficult for criminals involved in the production of counterfeits.
It is important to note that holders of valid driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates do not need to exchange them for new models. Old documents remain valid until their expiration date.
