The procedure for contesting the results of the competition for filling vacant positions

According to Order conducting a competition to fill vacant positions of officials
Koryukivka city council approved by order of the mayor
dated January 26, 2017 No. 23:

- the results of the written exam can be challenged in the manner provided for challenging the decisions of the competition commission;
- the decision of the competition commission can be appealed to the mayor within three days after the contestants have been informed of the results of the competition;
- the decision of the mayor may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
