Test broadcasting of the state digital television network recently began in Chernihiv Oblast МХ-7Currently, 9 TV channels, including national broadcasters, are broadcast in this format in the region.
So far, broadcasting is carried out from transmitters available in the region. At the same time, work continues on the installation of additional telecommunications towers to ensure full signal coverage of the region, especially the border area UKRAINIAN digital television.
Who needs the TV network MX-7?
First of all, for those who want to use digital terrestrial TV, but currently have problems receiving the signal of the existing network.
To receive the signal of a new TV network, you need:
- TV;
- DVB-T2 tuner (built into most modern TV receivers; an old model TV may require a separate tuner-set-top box);
- TV antenna (external or internal).
If you are currently using digital terrestrial TV, but the signal is weak and/or drops out frequently — try to connect to the TV network MX-7.
To do this, simply start the channel auto-search mode in the menu of the tuner (if it is separate) or the TV. Exactly how to do this is indicated in the instructions for your equipment model.
If everything works out, you will have additional channels of the MX-7 network on your TV. Since the network works in test mode, their list and number may change over time. The channels will be finally determined and fixed after the final commissioning of the television network.
A meter range antenna is best suited for receiving the MX-7 TV signal. The meter range is, for example, old antennas for receiving analog TV, which many have preserved.
All-band antennas, which many used to receive digital TV in the past, are also suitable. For example, the so-called "Polish" ones are very common in households.
In practice, at a short distance from the transmitter, the signal can be received on decimeter antennas, as well as on primitive pin antennas.
