Consultation center of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights: how to apply for help?

The consultation center provides support to citizens of Ukraine
online and offline regarding:

  • clarification of possible ways to return the child or families with children
    to the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine;
  • obtaining a birth certificate of a child in military conditions
    or its legalization, if the document is received on
    uncontrolled
  • establishing contact with a child who was taken abroad by one of the
    parents;
  • filling out a form for searching for a child or an application for receipt assistance to children who were injured as a result of the war;
  •  other issues related to human rights violations.

Here you can report:

  • about a lost child;
  •  about a crime committed against a child;
  • if you found a child unaccompanied by adults;
  • if you know the facts of the child's deportation;
  •  about the forced change of citizenship and documents of the child;
  •  about other violations of children's rights during the war.
