"The business of Chernihiv Oblast suffers from groundless mass blocking of tax invoices," the Chernihiv Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry declares.
On January 30, 2024, representatives of enterprises of the Chernihiv region held a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine to announce the mass blocking of tax invoices and the catastrophic consequences of such a policy of the State Tax Service in the Chernihiv region.
"We demand an appropriate reaction and personnel decisions in accordance with the official decision of the public council at the Federal Security Service in Chernihiv region.
We demand a tax reform with the legislative introduction into the Tax Code of Ukraine of the regulation of administrative offenses of the legal norm on personal official compliance for illegal collection procedures, imposition of fines and other things against taxpayers.
In case of non-fulfillment of the requirements, entrepreneurs reserve the right to act in accordance with the law of Ukraine on public speeches", - representatives of the Chernihiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, entrepreneurs said during the press conference.
