In the Koryukivka hospital, televised counseling was conducted using the Teladoc system. The Koryukivka hospital became one of the first in the Chernihiv region where a similar consultation took place.
The "Teladoc" project is based on the use of complexes of virtual presence of the doctor near the patient. With the help of a special device with a camera, the doctor, if necessary, can conduct a patient consultation for another doctor remotely through secure communication channels. This is extremely important for people living in front-line, de-occupied and hard-to-reach areas.
The first teleconsultation of the patient was conducted by the doctors of the "Koryukivka Central Hospital" together with the pulmonologist of the Chernihiv Regional Hospital of the Chernihiv Regional Council, Ivan Serhiyevich Telnov. After such counseling, the patient received a conclusion with recommendations for outpatient treatment.
The Koryukivka Hospital hopes for further fruitful cooperation with the telemedicine center of the Chernihiv Regional Hospital.
