The Koryukivka housing and operating control informs that multi-apartment buildings with which the contract for the maintenance of buildings and structures will be terminated from September 1,
2024 have the right to independently choose one
of the forms of management, namely:

1. Self-administration;
2. Creation of condominiums;
3. Choose a management company for the entire building to provide
management services for the multi-apartment building.
