On October 10, discussions of the Program and its projects were held with the residents of Koryukivka. To form the Program for the Development of the District Heating Network of the City of Koryukivka for 2024-2026 Program DOBRE provided experts in municipal services and heat supply, thanks to whom a comprehensive assessment of heat supply was conducted in the community: an assessment of the quality of service provision was conducted by surveying consumers, heat supply experts assessed the city's centralized heat supply network, the heat supply conditions of the hospital, kindergarten, and school.
USAID Decentralization Brings Better Results and Efficiency (DOBRE) program is a nine-year program implemented by the international organization Global Communities and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program is aimed at strengthening local self-government and creating better conditions for the development of territorial communities, increasing the level of citizen involvement in decision-making and ensuring accountability and transparency in public administration.
